 全亚硫酸盐（酶）检测试剂盒是一种简单，高度特异性和可靠的酶法，用于测量和分析葡萄酒，饮料，食品和其他材料中的总亚硫酸盐（如SO2）。

扩展的辅因子稳定性。 溶解的辅因子在4℃下稳定1年以上。
适用于手动，自动分析仪和微孔板格式。

UV-method for the determination of Total Sulfite (SO22-) in 
beverages, foodstuffs and other materials

Principle:
                      (sulfite oxidase)
(1) SO32- + O2 + H2O ↔ SO42- + H2O2

                         (NADH - peroxidase)
(2) H2O2 + NADH + H+ → 2H2O + NAD+

Kit size:                             * 50 assays (manual) / 500 (microplate) 
                                           / 588 (auto-analyser)
* The number of manual tests per kit can be doubled if all volumes are halved. 
This can be readily accommodated using the MegaQuantTM Wave
Spectrophotometer (D-MQWAVE).
Method:                            Spectrophotometric at 340 nm
Total assay time:              ~ 30 min
Detection limit:                 0.3 mg/L

Wine, beer, fruit juices, soft drinks, jam, fruit and vegetables,
pharmaceuticals and other materials
