注射方法：Rats were anesthetized with pentobarbital (30 mg / kg, i.p.), and given a double intratracheal instillation of AAV5-miR-29a or AAV5-control at day-0 and day-14 (for preventive experiment) or a single intratracheal instillation at day-28 after hypoxia (for therapeutic experiment) (1×1012 v.g / kg / each instillation) according to the grouping.
